GROVELAND — Chief Jeffrey Gillen reports that the Groveland Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a theft that occurred over the weekend.
On Saturday, May 15, at about 6:40 p.m., a male suspect was caught on surveillance video stealing auto parts from a local body shop. Groveland Police responded to the shop today after items including used tires were discovered missing from outside the business. The items were taken while the business was closed.
The suspect is believed to have been driving a Honda CRV.
Anyone who believes they may have information about the suspect’s identity is encouraged to call Groveland Police at 978-521-1212. All tips can be provided anonymously.
This incident remains under active investigation, and more information will be provided when it becomes available.
