Donations that were collected throughout the day during Groveland Police Departments Stuff-A-Cruiser event.
The Groveland Police Department would like to thank residents and community members for their generous donations at the Stuff-A-Cruiser event that took place Saturday, Nov. 5.
Donated items included non-perishable food for the Sacred Heart Food Bank and new socks for Haverhill Homeless Veterans.
Once the Groveland Police cruiser was filled, donations were moved to a large van for transportation to the organizations.
The cruiser was filled four times, and four large boxes of socks were donated!
“I would like to thank Sgt. Steve Petrone for organizing this wonderful event. We received an enormous amount of donations throughout the day, and we are honored to be a part of such a caring community that is willing to help those in need. We are incredibly appreciative of everyone who donated at this year’s Stuff-A-Cruiser event,” said Chief Gillen.
