The 2023 Executive Board for the Essex County Chiefs of Police Association was sworn in on Wednesday, December 7, in Topsfield by Essex County District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett.
The 2023 Executive Board includes:
- Groveland Police Chief Jeffery Gillen, President
- Topsfield Police Chief Neal Hovey, Vice President
- Wenham Police Chief Kevin DiNapoli, Secretary
- Peabody Police Chief Thomas Griffin, Treasurer
The Association consists of all 34 cities and towns, the Sheriff’s Dept., the DA’s Office, MA State Police and local Colleges all participate.
